Alhambra, Granada Cathedral and Royal Chapel guided tour

Meeting point description: Tour to the Cathedral and Royal Chapel departs from the Abside store at 10:00 am. Meet your guide at the Plaza de Isabel la Catolica, between the fountain and the Colon Hotel. Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time. The Alhambra tour starts in the afternoon at 2:00 pm in winter (from October 16 to March 31) and at 2:00 pm or 5:00 pm in summer (from April 1 to October 15) and departs from: Paseo del Generalife 1F, 18009 Granada.(Plaza Isabel la Católica, 18009 Granada, Spain)

Know in advance:The Patronage of Alhambra and Generalife requires the following information for each visitor: Full name, age, Passport or identity card number and nationality. The name provided at booking must match the identity card or passport of each participant

If full visitor details are not provided at booking, admission to the Alhambra will not be guaranteed

If a participant's full name does not appear on your voucher, contact the support team using the email address provided on your voucher at least 4 days before your visit. Failure to provide correct information may result in denied entry to the Alhambra

The visit of the Alhambra and the Generalife will always start in the afternoon, 2:00 pm in winter (from October 16 to March 31) and at 2:00 pm or 5:00 pm in summer (from April 1 to October 15). You will be informed of this after booking

According to regulations of the Board of the Alhambra and the Generalife, and as a security protocol, it is mandatory to provide full name, surname and ID, Passport, Official document issued by the Ministry of the Interior of each country, of all visitors to the monument. These data can be provided after booking, you will receive an email to identify your companions. Failure to identify visitors in time will result in the loss of their tickets

Access to the site will be through the scanning of the visitors' ID or Passport. For this reason, the ID or passport must be the original ones and the same ones that were provided when making the reservation

Tickets are nominative. The Alhambra staff will verify this information. If they are not the same, the Alhambra staff will not allow you access to the monument. The local tour operator is not responsible for the data entered or not carrying the original documentation
