Redemption Method: Present your KKday voucher (one code per person) at the redemption location (same-day boat tickets can be booked starting at 11:30 AM daily), with booking slots every half hour per boat. Guests should queue at the designated canal according to their booked time slot. The number of boats available daily is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. If tickets are sold out, please travel within the ticket's validity period. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after issuance.

This ticket is valid for one person only for a gondola ride on one of the canals.

This ticket can only be redeemed once, and once redeemed, there will be no refunds or exchanges.

Valid e-tickets must be redeemed and booked on-site for boarding; first-come, first-served, while supplies last.

Gondolas are designed for six people, and all tickets require sharing a seat with others. Private charters are limited to four people; additional tickets are required for any extra passengers. Private private charter boat have priority boarding rights.

Except for private charter boat, gondola tickets redeemed (including hotel packages/gondola e-ticket vouchers/discounted boat tickets) are not applicable to private charter boat services.

Passengers must arrive at the designated canal and queue at the appointed time to board the boat; late arrivals will not be accepted.

Lost tickets will not be replaced.

The gondola ticket security rules and terms will apply to each ticket holder.

The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel reserves the right to decide on boarding and boat schedules. The operating hours of the outdoor artificial lake are subject to change based on weather conditions. In case of severe weather or maintenance, the lake may be closed without prior notice; please use another canal instead. If you mind this, please do not book.

Passengers must always follow the instructions of the boatman and dock staff.

Passengers must queue on-site and board the ship in the actual order, on a first-come, first-served basis, with no reservations required.

When riding a gondola, passengers must remain in their seats.

Anyone who is intoxicated or whose mental or physical condition is impaired due to the influence of drugs is strictly prohibited from boarding the ship.

The management has the right to refuse any person a ride on a gondola.

When riding a gondola, please do not smoke or eat, and it is strictly forbidden to litter or throw other items into the waterway.

Children under the age of 14 who are not accompanied by an adult are not allowed to ride in gondolas.

Children riding in gondolas must sit independently or be held on an adult's lap. Please keep your hands and feet inside the gondola during the journey to avoid accidents to yourself or others.

Please line up at the boarding point; boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The last gondola will depart 15 minutes before service ends.

Ticketing arrangements will be determined based on actual passenger flow.

Passengers assume all risks associated with riding a gondola.

Passengers must immediately notify the gondola crew in case of any incident.

If any personal belongings fall into the river, passengers must wait until the end of the day's gondola ride service to retrieve them.

The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
