Step inside Nimes Arena and follow in the footsteps of ancient gladiators. Explore the heart of Nimes with an audio tour of its charming old town and Roman monuments.

Uncover one of the best preserved Roman amphitheatres in the world, built shortly after the Colosseum. Look down from the spectator seats and see the arena where chariots raced and gladiators clashed with wild animals.

Today, Nimes Arena is used for concerts of world-class musicians, such as Dua Lipa and David Gilmour from Pink Floyd. The famous bullfighting festivities, the Feria de Nîmes, also take place here.

Afterwards, discover more of historic Nimes with an audio guide. See the highlights and UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including Maison Carrée and Pont du Gard.
