Riug Bali Tandem Paragliding Experience with Free GoPro Photos & Videos

• Weather Conditions - Paragliding activities are highly dependent on weather and wind conditions. In cases of strong winds, rain, or unfavorable sea/weather conditions, flights may be delayed, rescheduled, adjusted, or canceled subject to on-site operational decisions. Refund policy will follow the operator’s final arrangements
• Weight & Health Restrictions - Participants are generally required to be within approximately 20kg–130kg (subject to on-site assessment). Guests with heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, severe fear of heights, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or other serious medical conditions are not recommended to participate.
• No Experience Required - This is a tandem paragliding experience and no prior experience is required. However, all participants must follow the instructor’s instructions throughout the activity and must not perform any dangerous actions or operate equipment independently.
• Dress Code - Guests are advised to wear comfortable sportswear and closed-toe shoes (sports shoes recommended). Slippers, high heels, or skirts are not recommended as they may affect take-off and landing safety.
• Personal Belongings - Please avoid bringing loose or easily dropped items such as unsecured hats, glasses, or scarves. Guests are responsible for their own valuables, and the operator will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
• GoPro Documentation Service - GoPro photo/video documentation service is available. Guests are advised to hold the GoPro securely and ensure the equipment is properly attached by the staff before take-off. Please do not adjust the equipment during the flight.
• Arrival Time - Please arrive at the meeting point in advance for registration and preparation. Late arrivals may result in inability to participate and will be considered a no-show without refund.
• Take-off & Landing Instructions - Participants must follow the instructor’s guidance during take-off and landing, including running or lifting legs when instructed. Failure to cooperate properly may affect safety and flight experience. Depending on wind conditions, landing may occasionally take place at the beach area below.
• Insurance & Safety Equipment - Basic safety equipment and basic local insurance coverage are provided. However, paragliding is considered an extreme aerial activity with inherent risks. Guests are advised to assess their own physical condition and purchase additional personal travel insurance if necessary.
• Age Requirement - Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and may be required to sign a consent form. Age restrictions are subject to on-site regulations.
• Flexible Activity Duration - The total experience duration, including waiting time, may vary depending on weather and operational queue conditions. Guests are advised to allow sufficient time and avoid tight schedules afterward.
• Force Majeure - Adjustments, delays, or cancellations caused by weather, airspace control, safety evaluations, or other unforeseen circumstances are considered normal operational conditions and guests are required to follow the operator’s arrangement.
• No Refund After Flight Commences - Once the participant has successfully taken off and started the flight experience, the service will be considered fully utilized. No refund will be provided regardless of wind conditions or actual flight duration.
• Refund for Non-Flight Situations - If the participant is completely unable to fly on the scheduled date due to weather or unsuitable wind conditions, a refund request may be submitted subject to on-site confirmation and operator policy.
