Fancy exploring the City of London district with a German-speaking guide?
Our London city tour in German will take you through the historic and financial heart of London. This is where the history of London began, with the founding of Londinium by the Romans! During our walk, the contrast between traditional and modern architecture will become evident in many places, partly due to the destruction caused by the Great Fire of London and World War II, and also due to the vigorous construction activity in the financial district in recent years.
En route, we will see the Millennium Bridge (built at the turn of the millennium), St. Paul’s Cathedral (Sir Christopher Wren’s masterpiece), the Royal Exchange, and much more. The tour ends at the Tower of London and Tower Bridge highlights.
