— Important Information —

• Please make your reservation at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
• If the customer requests the driver to wait and remains contactable, we will wait according to the customer’s request. However, if the customer cannot be reached, the driver will wait for a maximum of 120 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Beyond this period, the booking will be considered a “No Show.”

• Pets and animals are strictly not allowed in the vehicle under any circumstances.

— Booking Terms & Conditions —

• No refunds will be provided in cases of late arrival or failure to show up for the service.
• Service hours will begin from the pickup time specified by the customer during checkout.
• Travel schedules may be subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on the service date.
• In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond the provider’s control, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the booking. Customers may choose to reschedule the service date or request a full refund.
