Regarding cancellation of the event:

• ~About cancellations~ If a typhoon, heavy rain, or flood warning is issued, the tour will be cancelled due to facility circumstances, and you will receive a full refund even if you do not show up. If there is no warning, the tour will proceed even if it is light rain, so this is a decision to make on site. If you are unable to show up and there is no warning, we will charge a flat cancellation fee in consideration of the possibility that you did not show up even though the rain was enough to proceed. If you show up and we determine that it is not possible, the tour will be cancelled and your reservation will be cancelled without a cancellation fee. If it is light rain, you can still ride the tour.
