—Policy—

• Pets are allowed an additional charge of VND 675,000 per pet per night.

• Children 12 years and over are considered as adults.

• Maximum 1 child under 4 years old stay for free if using existing bed.

• A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. The deposit can only be paid in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

• Extra beds/Sofa beds are dependent on the room you choose. Please check the individual room capacity for more details.

• Children 4-11 years old will be charged VND 900,000 per child per night with an extra bed/sofa bed and breakfast included. Children 4-11 years old will be charged VND 290,000 for breakfast when using the existing bed. Children 12 years and over are considered as adults and will be charged VND 1,300,000 with an extra bed/sofa bed and breakfast included.

• Maximum number of children allowed per room is 1.

• Bed-type requests are considered special requests and are subject to availability. Guests are encouraged to select their preferred bed type when making the reservation, and the hotel will do our best to honor the request; however, the final bed type will depend on availability at check-in.
