4小時特快：
上午：請在早上 7:00 前提交（最好在前一天晚上 10:00 前提交）→ 下午 12:00–12:30 交回
下午：下午1點前提交 → 下午6點至7點交回
2小時特快：
上午：9:30前提交 → 下午1:00返回
下午：下午 2:30 前提交 → 下午 6:00 交回

- Do not book non-refundable flights or hotels until you receive your visa approval letter.
- Once we have received all the required information and started processing your visa, the service cannot be canceled and no refund will be available. Therefore, please consider carefully before booking this service.
- Visa validity starts from your granted arrival date, not from the approval letter date.

Q2: Do I need to pay any additional fees upon arrival?
A: Yes. The VOA Approval Letter is not the visa itself. Upon arrival, you must pay the government stamping fee directly at the Landing Visa counter:
Single-entry visa: USD 25
Multiple-entry visa: USD 50
Cash payment is recommended.
Q3: What happens if my flight is delayed and I arrive after government working hours?
A: No problem. Vietnam's Landing Visa counters at international airports operate 24/7. As long as you have your valid Approval Letter and required documents, you can obtain your visa upon arrival at any time.
Q4: Do children need their own VOA Approval Letter?
A: Yes. Every traveler, including infants and children with their own passport, must have a separate VOA Approval Letter and pay the applicable government stamping fee upon arrival.
Q5: Can I change my arrival airport or travel date after the Approval Letter is issued?
A: Changes to arrival airports may be possible depending on your Approval Letter details. Changes to entry dates may require a new Approval Letter. Please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can check the available options before your trip.
