注意事項
最少出團人數 10 人，當參加人數未達上述規定的最少成團人數時，將取消旅遊行程，於出發日前 2 天發出取消旅遊的 Email 通知。
請務必於 10 分鐘前抵達指定地點，為避免耽誤之後行程，逾時不候。
1. Children aged 0-2 who do not occupy their own seats receive free entrance to Everland. 2. Kids aged 3 and above will need a ticket. Adult and child tickets are the same price.
In case of unavoidable inclement weather, the tour may be canceled, and a full refund will be provided. Customers will be notified 1 to 2 days in advance via SNS text message or email.
The service language will be arranged based on the majority language comprehension of the participants; a specific language cannot be selected.
Firework show timings vary in different seasons. Please note that our tour will depart back to Seoul on time, and participants might miss the firework show.
Insurance is not included in this trip. Participants are advised to purchase traveler insurance in advance.
Everland contains stimulating attractions. Seniors, individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, disabilities, and pregnant women may not be accommodated.
Please consider booking during Korean holidays, as potential participants might lead to reduced satisfaction for the tour.
Everland park facilities may close due to weather, festivals, maintenance, or other factors. No refunds for same-day cancellations in such situations. Tours will proceed in case of rain.
Due to Everland's regulations, our tour bus cannot stop directly at the main entrance. Passengers will disembark at the designated parking lot, a 5-minute walk from the main entrance. Upon entering Everland, there is no guide service available. It is recommended to download the Everland app for park information.
Everland's entrance tickets will be provided by the guide on the tour day upon arrival. KKday vouchers cannot be used as entry. Ensure that you leave the messenger tool so that the guides can contact you. It is recommended to use WhatsApp for easier communication. In emergencies, contact the number stated at the bottom of your voucher.
