- How to redeem your voucher -

Please present your e-voucher to the driver/guide at the pickup or meeting location on the tour day.

- Shared tour pickup is available within Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Chinatown and Bukit Bintang area hotels only. Pickup outside of the said area meet at Berjaya Time Square Hotel lobby. - Late arrivals to the agreed pick-up or meeting location will be considered a no-show and no rescheduling or refund will be granted. - Please arrive at the agreed pick-up or meeting point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time. - If you encounter any issues finding your pick-up point or the tour operator representative, kindly contact your travel agent. - The tour operator reserves the right to leave without you if you arrive late or if they can’t find you on time. Usual waiting time is 5 min after the scheduled time. - The tour operator reserves the right to alter itineraries or cancel tours at any time in the event of force majeure events or events outside their control including but not limited to: bad weather conditions, health and safety issues, traffic accidents. - The tour operator reserves the right to request personal identification before providing the tour service. - For emergency, please contact +60 16 339 8699 / +60 10 216 8699.
