最少出團人數 100 人，當參加人數未達上述規定的最少成團人數時，將取消旅遊行程，於出發日前 4 天發出取消旅遊的 Email 通知。
請務必於 15 分鐘前抵達指定地點，為避免耽誤之後行程，逾時不候。
This plan is based on information available as of April 23rd. The fireworks display may be unavoidably canceled or its content changed due to requests from the national or local government.
Due to traffic restrictions on the Sumida River, our departure will be earlier than scheduled (around 4:00-4:30 PM). Therefore, there will be a waiting time of approximately 3-4 hours before the fireworks begin. Please enjoy your dinner during this waiting time. Also, please be aware that due to congestion on the river after the fireworks, it may take 1-2 hours to return to the dock.
Please note that even if the minimum number of participants has been reached, the event will not be considered "confirmed to proceed" until the details are officially announced by the event organizers.
Delays due to transportation delays, or non-participation, will also be subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the stated departure time.
Please note that the return time may be later than scheduled. Please ensure you have arranged transportation to your home before participating.
If the fireworks display is canceled before departure due to weather conditions, and the weather is suitable for departure, the tour will be changed to a different itinerary, and the difference in price will be fully refunded. If the fireworks display is canceled after it has started (even if only one firework has been launched), no refund will be given.
Please be punctual during the tour. If you are late, the tour will depart.
The Sumida River Fireworks Festival is launched from two separate venues: the first venue and the second venue. This tour will take you to a location roughly halfway between the two venues, where you can enjoy the fireworks from a boat.
We will contact you if the event is cancelled or postponed. Please note that the decision to postpone or cancel at the venue may not be made until the morning of the event. Therefore, even if we are unable to contact you in time and you arrive at the meeting place, we will not be able to refund any transportation costs.
Even if a backup date is set, we will not sell tours for the following day's backup date.
