購買須知
- 此行程將從加拿大出發過境至美國旅行，必須攜帶有效簽證和護照。請於旅行前確認旅客持有有效加拿大護照、美國護照或有效護照以及過境美加兩地之相關有效證件和簽證。建議旅客於旅遊前自行評估簽證或相關入境資料是否齊全且沒有過期，以免被拒絕通行，如旅客因私人因素導致無法參與行程，恕不退費。
- 請務必提供旅遊期間可聯絡的電話號碼，並建議使用包含上網和通話功能的手機 SIM 卡，以備緊急情況聯繫之需。
- 巴士準時發車（包含行程開始時間與各景點的發車時間），請勿遲到，遲到旅客恕無法參加行程且無法退費，敬請見諒。
- 如旅客因個人原因 (無旅行證件、遲到、生病、意外等因素) 於旅途中退出或末能參加行程內任何行程，恕不退費賠償，敬請知悉。
- 出團 2 天前根據實際參團人數安排 7 人座商務 / 14 人座高頂或中巴 / 55-61 人座巴士或者其他不同類型的座車，根據現場可用狀況調整。
- 未滿2歲的嬰兒的團費將根據當天使用的車型以及是否佔位而定。如果您與未滿2歲的嬰兒同行，請提前聯繫KKday，以確認可用的方案。
- 根據當地法規，未滿8歲、身高低於145公分的兒童在乘坐車輛時必須使用兒童座椅。客人需自行負責任何違規和相關罰款。請在預訂時備註所需的兒童座椅數量，並聯繫KKday確認。租借安全座椅（租金 US$ 10/天），如未提前告知，當地旅行社將有權拒絕旅客搭乘，敬請知悉。
- 此行程提供中英雙語導遊服務，但請注意部分行程、體驗或景點，雙語導遊可能無法隨團。當地官方景點或旅行社會安排當地的英文導遊，或者無導遊服務。敬請於預訂前自行評估是否參團。
- 本行程車程時間較長，敬請於預訂前自行評估身體狀況是否參團。
注意事項
最少出團人數 2 人，當參加人數未達上述規定的最少成團人數時，將取消旅遊行程，於出發日前 7 天發出取消旅遊的 Email 通知。
請務必於 15 分鐘前抵達指定地點，為避免耽誤之後行程，逾時不候。
The itinerary is for reference only. In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions,etc, the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided
Travelers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification on the day of the tour, so please carry your ID documents at all times in case of such an event
Travelers below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult
Each traveler may carry 1 piece of large-size luggage under 28" and 20 kg and 1 piece of carry-on baggage
The tour guide will purchase optional activities for you. If you do not wish to join any optional activities, you may enjoy free time and meet up with the tour guide at the designated time and point
All tickets must be purchased by the tour guide. Travelers are not allowed to use the tickets they bought on their own (e.g. City Pass)
The price details are for reference only. Please refer to each attraction's official website or the on-site announcement for ticket details
The tour guide will arrange the drop-off sequence for the return route
In the event of force majeure (e.g. weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) resulting in tour delays that cause travelers inconvenience or lead to travelers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be offered
If a bus is late, travelers will be compensated and the amount depends on the delay time. Be mindful that 0% of the tour fee will be refunded. The tour guide will explain the compensation details to you on-site. Please comply with the tour guide's compensation arrangements accordingly
In the event of weather, war, strikes, or force majeure resulting in attraction cancellation, the supplier has the right to change the itinerary. The attraction tickets will be refunded, except for the tickets for optional experiences. Please note that the tour registration fee is non-refundable
Please keep your baggage safe and secure at all times. Travelers will be held liable for lost or damaged baggage. If a traveler loses or damages their baggage due to mechanical failures of a vehicle, only partial refunds will be offered
Please refer to your voucher for details, and be alert to change notifications as tour guide may adjust based on actual on-site conditions, emergencies, weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms, indoor facilities, and vehicles during the tour
