- After you order, KKday will send a booking confirmation by email. East West Brewing staff will call you to confirm, prepare the order, and proceed to delivery
- Delivery will come from the supplier location: 181-185 Ly Tu Trong Street, Ward Ben Thanh, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam
- Delivery fees will be paid directly to delivery man as following:
- Less than 3 km: Free
- 3–5 km: VND20,000
- 5–7 km: VND30,000
- 7–10 km: VND50,000
- 10–15 km: VND70,000
- To the Suburbs of HCM: please contact our customer service to get quotation details - 消費者於收受商品後，應按物之性質，依通常程序從速檢查其所受領之物（如可行請錄影或拍照），如發現有非消費者需負擔保責任之瑕疵時，應提供相關證明，並即時通知 KKday 客服。

取消政策
- 商品一經訂購完成後，即不可取消、更改訂單，亦不得請求退款
- 由於站內商品來自全球各地，訂單取消時間將依該供應商所在時區判定。供應商需 2-5 個工作天進行取消流程，依照您購買的商品取消政策收取手續費，並於取消流程完成後14 個工作天內退款。
