Pick up was fast and setting up was easy. Reliable internet connection all over Japan. My only concern was that the battery on the pocket wifi lasted 4 hours only. It's a good thing that the package came with a free powerbank, but still it cannot fully charge the pocket wifi for a whole day. Total up time for pocket wifi was only 12 hours with the powerbank. Returning the device was a breeze. Thanks KKday!
