首先感謝kkday的客服小姐真的很親切，回覆問題也都很快速，因為我們訂的時間比較趕，有家人的護照要更換，到最後兩周才提供給kkday，但小姐還是很迅速地幫我們處理好，飯店房間雖然不大但交通很方便也很乾淨，以臨時訂的機加酒來說真的很划算

Super Excellent service, absolutely first class transportation including the car and the very attentive and pleasant driver. KKday used Line for contact, and was on time and knowledgeable about the extra time it would take to to get through the COVID screening process. It took 1 hour longer than planned and the very nice gentleman waited and was there when I finally emerged from customs. The vehicle was fastidiously clean and hygienic.
