Accessibility:The immersive room experience is not currently recommended for people with hearing impairments

Viewing the projections is not recommended for people suffering from proven vision problems or forms of photosensitive epilepsy

Not allowed:Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Museum

Pets. Only small pets are allowed if kept in a suitable carrier

Know in advance:Free tickets are for children under the age of 4, people with disabilities and journalists. Reduced tickets are for children and young people between 4 and 17 years old, students up to 25 years old, and carers of disabled people. Family tickets include children from 4 to 17 years old

The museum is divided into two sections: 1) an immersive multimedia path available in Italian, English, French, Spanish and 2) a bilingual Italian/English historical-informative area

The complete experience lasts about an hour, of which 30 minutes are dedicated to the immersive part

The museum is open Monday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Closing days: December 25, January 1, Easter day

Entrance is allowed to a maximum of 25 people per shift. To have priority and guaranteed access it is recommended to book your visit by purchasing the ticket online, especially on weekends and holidays
