This less-stress guided tour will grant you a real skip-the-line, faster access to the Vatican Museums through the exclusive official partners' entrance, saving you the hassle of waiting in line for several hours.

After meeting your professional guide at the meeting point, you’ll be given a headset and reach the Vatican Museum’s entrance, in a group of no more than 20 people. You’ll tour the gallery, visiting all those main spots you’ve heard about like the Gallery of Maps, the Gallery of Tapestries, and the Borgia Apartments.

The guide will tell you everything about the Raphael Rooms and their exceptional frescoes, including The School of Athens, and will bring you to the Sistine Chapel, whose ceiling is one of the cornerstones of High Renaissance art.

At the end of the tour, you’ll admire St. Peter’s Basilica (from the outside) and Square, the open space that lies before the basilica.

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: Your guide will be wearing clothing or holding a sign featuring the pink logo 'I Love Rome' and will meet you at Bar L’Ottagono, just in the centre of Piazza del Risorgimento, 400 meters from the nearest metro stop Ottaviano. Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the tour.(Chiosco Bar L'Ottagono, Piazza del Risorgimento, 00193 Rome, Italy)

  • Not allowed:Visitors must be dressed appropriately in religious sites. Sleeveless blouses, miniskirts, shorts, and hats are not allowed

  • Know in advance:You'll need to contact the local tour operator using the contact information provided on your voucher, with the full name and email address of the lead booker

  • Access to the Vatican Museums will be granted only if escorted by the assigned guide and respective group. If you choose to opt out, you will forfeit all rights to the tour and ticket, with no possibility of a refund

  • Please note that if the Sistine Chapel is not accessible for reasons beyond the local operator's control, no partial refund will be provided

  • The afternoon Saturday tour in Portuguese will only be available in April 2026
