I had an absolutely wonderful experience on the tour organized by this travel company. From the very beginning, everything was well planned and professionally handled. The itinerary was thoughtfully designed, allowing us to explore beautiful destinations without feeling rushed. The information was misleading, as we believed it was a private tour with a private car. It took a long time to gather the other tourists for the trip, which caused a delay before we started. Our first destination felt very rushed; the guide hurried us from one temple to another, and we only spent about two minutes at each location. The boat ride at Trang An was too long although it to as pretty scenic.

Convenient channel to book a local tour at a reasonable price, but turns out just fine. Good 1. Convenient booking system 2. Reasonably priced Room for improvement 1. The schedule was swapped without prior notice, swapping mountain climbing at Mua cave up at "noon" instead of the evening. (imagine climbing steep 500 steps up the mountain under 40+ degrees Celcius) 2. The seating on the bus is not that comfortable -- a/c couldn't fight the heat, small leg room, and since it's a small bus that's seated to its full capacity, it feels super packed. One of the couple is seated separately because the other couple prefer a more comfortable seat--no doubt why they're upset. 3. The tour guide didn't do such a great job with the arrangement/service.
