Discover the authenticity of the Parma Hills with an immersive experience at a family-run boutique winery. The tour begins among the rows of the vineyard, cultivated according to organic and biodynamic principles, where you can learn first-hand about the sustainable production techniques and respect for nature that characterize each stage of the process.
Accompanied by the winemakers, you will visit the winery to discover how the wines are produced without clarification or filtration, allowing time to impart character and complexity. We will continue our visit with a guided food tasting of 5 wines made using the traditional Emilian method, accompanied by a light lunch of local products, including Prosciutto crudo di Parma PDO and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, bread, and local extra-virgin olive oil. We will finish on a sweet note with a small dessert accompanied by a glass of our sparkling Moscato.
The tour offers a direct dialogue with the producers, to experience a genuine and authentic moment among vineyards and hills, in a strategic location between the Torrechiara Castle and the Strada del Prosciutto.
