Unlike traditional cooking classes, this experience is exclusively reserved for you and your companions. We do not combine bookings from different groups: you will be the only guests present throughout the activity.
The experience begins with a welcome aperitif accompanied by a glass of local wine, a perfect moment to get to know each other and for us to tell you something about our land and the culinary traditions of Puglia.
Then we will move to the villa's kitchen, where we will prepare one of the region's most iconic recipes together. Starting with simple ingredients, we will make traditional handmade Apulian orecchiette, prepare the classic tomato and basil sauce, and cook the meatballs according to recipes handed down through family tradition.
This is not a simple demonstration: you will be involved in every stage of the preparation and you will have the opportunity to literally get your hands dirty, discovering techniques, interesting facts, and little secrets of Pugliese cuisine.
Once the preparation is complete, the most special moment of the experience will arrive.
We will sit in our private Greenhouse, a charming greenhouse immersed in nature and surrounded by the quiet of the Ostuni countryside. Here you can relax and enjoy everything we have prepared together, experiencing a moment of authentic conviviality in a unique and private location.
Amid stories, good food, and a family atmosphere, the goal is not only to learn a recipe, but to spend a few hours as guests, sharing traditions, flavors, and the true Apulian welcome.
