A creative journey into the heart of ceramics in Montpellier
Immerse yourself in the warm atmosphere of Atelier Ceramain for a unique 90-minute creative break. Upon arrival, discover the place and be guided through an accessible presentation on working with clay and color.
Your workshop begins with the preparation of two earthenware coasters. To ensure an elegant and precise result, the outline of the design is first printed using a screen-printing process. You will then learn the delicate technique of enamel ring painting: using a squeeze bottle, you will carefully apply the colored enamels inside the outlined areas.
In a small, friendly group of 1 to 5 people (from 15 years old), you will benefit from personalized support in choosing your Mediterranean-inspired color harmonies.
At the end of the session, your glass plates will remain in the workshop to dry and then be fired at a high temperature. The time required for drying and firing is one month. You can then come and collect your unique creations on site or request that they be sent by post (additional fee to be paid on site).
