Experience Potsdam's historic old town on a varied walking tour that combines well-known landmarks with exciting stories and surprising details.

Together with a certified guide, you will discover important places around the Alter Markt, the Neuer Markt, the historic city canal, and the Dutch Quarter. You will learn how Potsdam developed into a royal capital and what role the city played in the history of Prussia and Brandenburg.

In addition to historical contexts, you can expect entertaining anecdotes, Potsdam legends, and personal insights into life in the city. There is plenty of time for questions throughout the guided tour. Upon request, you will also receive personal recommendations for the rest of your stay in Potsdam.

The tour ends at Bassinplatz. The starting point and ending point are about 850 meters apart. Upon request, the guide will accompany you back to the starting point at the Museum Barberini after the guided tour.
