Today you will arrive at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). Your friendly tour guide will welcome you and escort you to your hotel for check-in.

Complimentary airport shuttle service is available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the day of your tour. Guests arriving outside of these hours will need to take the shuttle bus to the hotel independently or book paid airport pick-up service.

The shuttle is 24/7 (approximately every half hour). After collecting your luggage, please proceed to Exit 3B. You can call the hotel to obtain your specific pick-up time. The waiting time is approximately 15-30 minutes. Hotel check-in is available after 3:00 PM. Hotel information is as follows:

Salt Lake City【Bus】Jackson【Bus】National Elk Refuge (Sleigh)/Grand Teton National Park

Departing from your hotel in the morning, we'll travel through Utah and Idaho, arriving in the famous town of Jackson, Wyoming, known as the home of cowboys, at noon. Enveloped by the rich Western atmosphere, we'll visit the famous Elk Antler Park in the city center. In the afternoon, we'll explore the National Elk Refuge by horse-drawn sleigh or carriage (depending on the depth of the snow). If the sleigh or carriage service in the National Elk Refuge is closed for maintenance, we'll travel to Grand Teton National Park. Overnight in Jackson.

Jackson【Bus】Snow King Mountain【Bus】Grand Teton National Park【Bus】West Yellowstone

In the morning, we will depart from the hotel and head to Snow King Resort, a world-famous ski resort, where many Olympic athletes train. Sliding on the white and smooth snow field, wandering between the blue sky and white snow, the mood will also fly with joy. The cable car will slowly take us to the top of the mountain, from the top of the mountain you can overlook the entire Jackson Valley. 1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.

This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. 3. Hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen size beds or two double size twin beds. The maximum number of people who can legally stay in a room is 2 to 4 people. In addition, each hotel has a different method of charging the deposit, which requires the cooperation of the guests according to regulations. Please be noticed that most of the deposit collection and refund is handled by credit card. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday guarantee the number of rooms for guests but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.

4. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.

5. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.

6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.

7. If any scenic spots are temporarily closed, including on certain holidays, the tour guide will make appropriate adjustments based on the actual situation, which may include viewing from the outside or substituting with another attraction to maintain the richness of the itinerary. Please note that the opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to health concerns. Should such changes affect the itinerary, they will be considered force majeure. We appreciate your understanding.

8. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.

9. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities and the handicapped who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.

10. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our agents’ website. It is your responsibility to check the [Terms & Conditions] on their website regularly and prior to making a reservation. 11. Due to rising fuel costs and significantly increased vehicle operating costs, starting May 18, 2026 (departure dates), a transportation surcharge will be added to our escorted tour products. The surcharge applies to tours within the US: $5/person/day; tours within Canada: CAD$5/person/day. The tour guide will collect this surcharge during the itinerary.

Special Notes:

1) No fuel surcharge will be charged on airport pick-up/drop-off days if there are no other bus services arranged.

2) No fuel surcharge will be charged on days not involving bus services: for example, in Florida-related packages where guests travel to and from the theme park independently using park shuttles, or in train tour packages where the entire day's itinerary is by train without tour guide or bus services.

3) For cross-border US-Canada packages (such as the US-Canada East Coast series, Vancouver West Coast connecting series, etc.), a fuel surcharge will be charged based on the actual location of the itinerary; on the day of the trip, the surcharge will be USD $5/person/day within the US and CAD $5/person/day within Canada.
