- Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 - 20:00 - To stay warm, it's recommended to wear winter accessories such as scarves, gloves, socks, and earmuffs
- For safety and thematic purposes, winter jackets and boots are provided free of charge and must be worn inside the facility
- Ice skates are provided free of charge for the ice-skating area. Guests may also bring their own skates if preferred
- Ski boards are provided free of charge for skiing activities
- Donut tubes are provided free of charge for sliding activities
