Take me less than 5 minutes to pass the custom. Worth to use it especially in peak season.

Everything was really quick. They wait for me and greet me with a name sign, let me thourgh under 5 mins for the whole process. I cannot stand for a long time as pregancy woman. This service helps a lot. They are nice and professional from the beginning till the end. Worth the money spend and highly recommend for family travel

昨天不需要排隊，直接可以進入lounge，食物質素高，十分推介

正月で混んでると思い利用した。一般が1時間としたら、こちらは25分ほど。その後預け入れ荷物の受け取りでも待つので、次は利用しないと思う。

I'm not convinced that VIP service at departure from DAD is useful. all cues were short and fast. some passengers gave some cash to the officers so they could acces on the fast lane. if you arrive on time to check-in and drop off luggage, it is possible that you are too early to meet the staff for VIP service. they set the time when to meet. We could have pass immigration faster than waiting for the staff.... and paying for this service was completely useless.

到機場CHECK-IN以後,在服務人員的引導之下,快迅速地通過海關出境審查,在連續假日人潮擁塞的期間可以節省至少1小時以上的排隊時間,真的很方便

WE BOOKED FOR ARRIVAL WITH BUGGY SERVICE FOR 4 PAX BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE TERMINAL AIRCRAFT WAS PARKED DON'T HAVE BUGGY SERVICES.OTHERWISE ALL WAS GOOD. WAS TOLD WE WILL BE REFUNDED. THANK YOU.

place hav alot of ppl, lack of food and limited seats.

Wait for 30 minutes due to Christmas traffic. Good to have a place to refuel and rest before the trip begins.
