Forget the quiet, serious cooking class. This is a Pasta Party, celebrating two of Italy's greatest passions: food and drinks.

Meet your group just 10 minutes from the Colosseum, grab an Aperol Spritz and get to know everyone while your mixologist shows you how Italians make the perfect spritz. Then it's time to roll up your sleeves. With the music on and a Hugo Spritz in hand, you'll knead, roll and cut your own fresh pasta from scratch.

Pick your sauce, carbonara or cacio e pepe, then grab a seat at the table for the best part: eating, drinking and toasting your new pasta skills with a Limoncello Spritz. That's how the Romans do it, and now, so do you.

Whether you're a couple looking for something fun to do together, travelling solo or with a group of friends, you'll leave full, a little tipsy and with a few new friends. Recipes included, so you can throw your own pasta party at home.
