Explore Hamburg’s essential sights and experiences with one flexible city pass. Your Essential option includes Port des Lumières, a Harbor and Speicherstadt sightseeing cruise, 3 self-guided audio tours, 1 GB eSIM data, and 10% discounts on selected activities. Upgrade to Explorer to also include Hamburg Dungeon.

There is no fixed sightseeing itinerary. After purchasing your City Pass, you’ll receive an email from MegaPass. Use the link in the email to select your preferred visit date and, where applicable, available time slot for each experience. Once completed, the same link will give you access to your tickets, meeting points, and activity instructions.

  • Know Before You Go: Port des Lumières: Go directly to the entrance and show your generated ticket. No meeting point is required

  • Know Before You Go: Harbor & Speicherstadt Cruise: Select an available departure time and go to the departure point shown in your instructions. Arrive at least 15 minutes early

  • Know Before You Go: Hamburg Dungeon – Explorer only: Select an available visit date and time, then go directly to the entrance with your generated ticket

  • Know Before You Go: After purchasing your City Pass, you’ll receive a MegaPass email with a booking link. Use it to select required dates/times and access tickets, meeting points, and instructions

  • Know Before You Go: Activate your MegaPass within 365 days

  • Know Before You Go: Dates and time slots are subject to availability and may sell out. We recommend booking early
