- Once the order is confirmed, the eSIM QR code will be sent via email within one business day. Please also check your spam/junk mail folder.
- Hotspot sharing will consume bandwidth, and network speed may vary depending on the terminal device and geographical location, so a minimum network speed cannot be guaranteed.
- If your location or mobile phone does not support 5G, it will automatically switch to 4G/3G signals. The actual network speed will depend on the local signal strength.
- In accordance with the principle of fair network usage, telecommunications companies may, at their discretion, limit the data allowance of users who consume large amounts of data in a short period of time, and recommend avoiding prolonged periods of watching videos or updating systems.

Before purchasing, you can dial *#06# to check. If the device displays an EID serial number, it means that this mobile device supports eSIM functionality. No refund will be given if the mobile device is incompatible or does not support eSIM.
Customers holding mobile devices with mainland China versions should note that although the device has or includes eSIM functionality, only eSIMs supplied by local telecom providers in mainland China are supported. Mobile devices not sold in mainland China do not have this restriction.

An internet connection is required to install an eSIM. Please ensure there is available Wi-Fi or mobile data in your environment before installation.
Each QR code can only be scanned once for installation. Once bound, it cannot be used on different devices. Do not delete or remove it unless you are finished using it, otherwise you will not be able to rescan and install it.
To end your use of the eSIM plan on your phone, simply tap "Remove Mobility Plan" at the bottom.
If usage exceeds the eSIM's specified memory allowance, the transfer speed will be limited.
The eSIM is valid for 90 days after order confirmation and must be activated in the designated country or region. If it expires after this period, the payment will not be refunded.
Days are calculated in calendar days (days started before 23:59 are considered day one, and days started at 00:00 are considered day two).
Time zone calculation method: GMT +8. Hong Kong time zone is the standard, not the destination time zone.
Actual connection signal and speed can be affected by various factors, such as the relative location of the customer and the transmitting station, website server resources, internet traffic and number of users, mobile device speed support, network coverage of the local network provider, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
