- [Schedule Update] Plan Description Thanks to your support, SUP Yoga is celebrating its 10th anniversary! To commemorate the opening of the beaches on July 4th, we will be holding a special SUP Yoga & Photo Shoot experience! We will move from our secluded, relaxing studio to the beach and experience a liberating SUP Yoga lesson while gazing at Chigasaki's symbols, "Eboshi Rock" and "Mt. Fuji". July 4th is the long-awaited opening of the beaches! Whether you're an adult, a child, or your beloved dog, why not welcome the start of summer at the best beach? Unlike yoga on a mat, yoga performed on a board floating on the water naturally strengthens your core. It's an incredibly fun lesson where smiles and applause will fill the air as you "jump into the sea with excitement!" A certified instructor from the Japan SUP Yoga Association will provide careful support, so even beginners can participate with confidence. After the lesson, if you wish, we will also provide you with a complimentary guide to recommended beach houses and stylish local restaurants where you can fully enjoy Chigasaki. We look forward to celebrating our 10th anniversary with you and creating the best summer memories! ~Schedule for the day~ [Meeting for those who wish to change clothes] Location: LA Luz Clubhouse *Please change clothes at the studio before moving to the beach. SUP YOGA Lesson Morning session (10:00-11:30): Capacity 5 people Afternoon session (12:00-13:30): Capacity 5 people 14:00 [Photo shoot starts] Location: Chigasaki Beach Headland (T-bar back park) Take turns posing and we will take some wonderful commemorative photos! [14:00-14:15] 2 people (We will guide others in order thereafter) *After coming out of the sea, please return to the studio to clean up, shower, and change clothes. Please relax and enjoy your time at the studio♪ Precautions Even if it is raining, the event will be held unless it is a torrential downpour. The event may be canceled even if the weather is fine depending on the wave conditions. The event will be canceled in the event of a thunderstorm, tsunami warning, strong winds, high waves, or typhoon. If we can make a decision the day before, we will contact you by the evening. However, if the weather changes suddenly, the class will be canceled on the day at the instructor's discretion. Thank you for your understanding.

- Bring your dog or children! We'll take some great commemorative photos of you striking 1-2 poses on the board♪ *If you wish to change clothes, please come to "LA Luz Clubhouse" 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. Price: 1,500 yen per session Location: Chigasaki Coast Headland (park behind the T-bar) Time (15-minute intervals, 5-minute rotation): 14:00-14:15 (2 groups) / 14:15-14:30 (2 groups) 14:30-14:45 (2 groups) / 14:45-15:00 (2 groups) 15:15-15:45 (2 groups) / 15:45-16:00 (2 groups) (*Scheduled to end at 16:00)

Photo shoot where your dog is welcome to participate.
It is very safe as it is performed in shallow waters under the guidance of a certified instructor from the Japan SUP Yoga Association.
