Know Before You Go: This is a strenuous hike that includes steep descents, uneven terrain, loose gravel, and exposed sections with significant drop-offs. Trekking poles are strongly recommended and can be provided upon request. Proper clothing and shoes is REQUIRED to do this hike. (Closed toed shoes that are worn in and socks, hat, sunscreen, shirt with sleeves that can be added over any tank tops/exposed arms.
Know Before You Go: Participants should be comfortable hiking on uneven surfaces and navigating loose footing. Those with a fear of heights may find certain sections challenging and should carefully consider whether this portion of the experience is right for them.
Know Before You Go: For safety reasons, this hike is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or who have knee, heart, balance, or mobility concerns.
