Create macarons from the 3 basic ingredients (eggs, almond flour, sugar) and discuss how your macaronage (macaron batter) should look when it is ready to be piped. Move on to how to perfectly pipe your macarons and how they should feel when properly cured and ready for the oven.

Fill your macarons discussing flavors, others types of fill. In all, about 1.5 to 2 hours of solid, professional instruction. All tools, ingredients, and recipes will be supplied. Leave with a full dozen macarons.
