Start your evening at Studio32 Berlin with a champagne reception and a greeting from the kitchen. Afterwards, you will immerse yourself in the diverse world of vegetarian Asian cuisine together with our professional chefs.

You will learn how fresh vegetables, aromatic spices, and different preparation techniques are combined to create complex and balanced dishes. Step by step, in small groups, you will prepare a creative 3-course menu inspired by various Asian cuisines.

You will gain a sense of authentic flavors, learn how to use spices, and discover how textures and taste interact harmoniously. Our chefs will give you practical tips on preparation, seasoning, and plating that you can use right away in your own kitchen.

At the end, you will plate your dishes together and enjoy the menu in a relaxed atmosphere with paired drinks. There will be time for discussion, questions and inspiration – a culinary evening full of new impressions and taste experiences.
