During our tours, different groups may join the same route using different vehicles — Segways, bikes, or electric scooters. This is normal, as we offer the same tour on various vehicles.

If you see another group on a different type of vehicle (for example, you’re on a bike and they’re on Segways), please don’t be surprised — it’s a standard setup unless you’ve booked a private tour.

If you prefer not to share the tour with other vehicle types, please read the full tour description carefully before booking.

If you don't want to see groups using other vehicles, please book a private tour. No refunds are given within 24 hours of the tour start.
