Giới thiệu sản phẩm

Explore carefully selected Attractions - the beautiful Arctic landscapes not far from Rovaniemi, in one well-paced 5,5 hours hiking tour, just a short drive from Rovaniemi.

This experience is ideal for travellers who want breathtaking nature, iconic viewpoints, and authentic Arctic moments — without difficult hiking or physical strain. This tour combines authenticity and a deep connection to Arctic nature. It is not rushed, not overcrowded, and not extreme — just a genuine Arctic journey designed to leave you with unforgettable memories

Begin your adventure with a short drive from Rovaniemi to the Arctic Circle hiking area. Led by a local guide, visit carefully selected locations that combine unfrozen rivers, virgin forests, hidden islands and panoramic views.
First, we are about to visit magical islands hidden in the snowy forest, embraced by frozen tributaries of the never-frozen Arctic River. Enjoy breathtaking views of boiling river streams and take pictures at several photo points. Your guide will capture photos of you with the boiling stream and snowy forest as a backdrop.

Take a short walk on the trail to the small islands hidden in the Arctic forest, where you’ll admire pines and spruce trees full of snow. This part of the forest still retains its virgin origin, untouched by humans. The length of this short hike is 1.7 km.

Next, we will move to the next location, where your guide will show you safe techniques for hiking on snowy and icy trails. Then we will ascend the ancient hill to reach the observation tower with stunning views of the river and snowy valley, home to trees older than 450 years. The length of this hike is 3.5 km. At the top of the hill, you are standing about 80 metres higher than at the trail starting point.

Climb the wooden observation tower to admire the hills, ancient pines and the wide Arctic River meandering through the landscape. Take photos and enjoy the view of pure Arctic treasures.

After visiting the observation tower, descend back through the snowy forest full of pines. At the end of the hike, your guide will show you how to make different types of fires and demonstrate how to chop wood. You will enjoy traditional snacks cooked on the fire and warm up with a traditional hot spicy drink, “glögi,” from a wooden cup, “kuksa.”
