Over four hours and 12+ tastings, you’ll move through several of the city’s most important food hubs, experiencing the full range of Chilean cooking in one place, from hearty lunchtime staples and seasonal stews to fresh seafood and classic street snacks.

The experience celebrates Chileans' obsession with almuerzo, Chile’s main meal of the day, when markets are at their busiest and most authentic. With a knowledgeable local tastemaker guide, you’ll learn what to order, how dishes are prepared, and how to navigate these spaces with confidence.
