VIÑA DEL MAR AND VALPARAÍSO TOUR｜Chile

We will depart from Santiago for this Valparaiso and Viña del Mar tour, a scenic activity designed for those who have only one day to explore these two cities, which exemplify the preservation and revitalization of urban areas on Chile's central coast. Your first stop will be at Río Tinto, a well-known wine supermarket located in the Casablanca Valley, where you can buy wine, handicrafts, or simply enjoy a cup of coffee. Then, you will continue your journey to Valparaiso, a UNESCO World Heritage City known for its picturesque hills, cable cars, viewpoints, and port. In the Jewel of the Pacific, as this city is also known, you will first visit Plaza de los Poetas (Poets' Square), where you can see life-size sculptures of Pablo Neruda, Vicente Huidobro, and Gabriela Mistral. Not far from here, on Cerro Bellavista, is La Sebastiana, one of the three houses owned by Chilean poet Pablo Neruda, the exterior of which you will be able to see during the tour. The tour will also take you to other hills, such as the famous Cerro Alegre. Next, you will visit Viña del Mar, known as the "Garden City," where you will stop at the famous Flower Clock and see the original Moai from Easter Island, located outside the Fonck Museum. Afterwards, you will head to the Reñaca area, where you will have time for lunch (not included) and to explore the beaches of Viña del Mar. After this, you will return to Santiago, marking the end of the tour.
