Enjoy a unique gourmet experience! Join a passionate pastry chef in a friendly space to discover the secrets of French pastry, or directly at your home. After a warm welcome and a presentation of the recipes of the day, you will learn step by step how to make classics such as cannelés, Paris-Brest, lemon meringue pie, or other seasonal desserts.

You will practice professional techniques: making dough and creams, piping, assembling, and decorating, all suitable for beginners as well as experienced amateurs. The chef will share tips for success at home and answer your questions throughout the workshop.
