Muscat: Omani Food Tour with Shuwa & Halwa｜Oman

Begin your culinary journey with a taste of Omani Shuwa, a dish where meat or chicken is buried underground for period ranging from 8 hours to 24 hours, wrapped in banana leaves and spices, and fermented for over 40 days. This dish is served with rice cooked with meat spices, known as Qabuli.
