Mendoza: Create your own wine and have lunch in Valle de Uco｜Argentina

Discover the Uco Valley in a different way and become a winemaker for a day in an experience that combines creativity, wines, and gastronomy with a view of the Andes Mountains.

We'll start the day with pickup from your accommodation in Mendoza and travel to Gualtallary, one of the most prestigious wine-growing areas in the Uco Valley.

Our first stop will be Finca Sophenia. There you'll take a guided visit to learn about the winery, its wines, and the unique characteristics of the high-altitude terroir.

Then comes the most special moment of the experience: you'll take part in a blending session where you can experiment with different wines and create your own blend. You'll learn how each varietal contributes aromas, flavors, and structure until you find the combination you like the most. You can also create your wine label and take a bottle home as a souvenir of your time in Mendoza.

After becoming a winemaker for a day, we'll continue to another renowned winery in the Uco Valley to enjoy a three-course lunch with wine pairings. You will enjoy a culinary offering accompanied by wines from the region, surrounded by vineyards and with stunning views of the Andes mountain range.

At the end of lunch, we will head back to Mendoza and drop you off at your accommodation.
