Nosy Iranja: An Unforgettable Day in Paradise｜Madagascar

Located in northwestern Madagascar, about 1.5 hours by boat from Nosy Be, Nosy Iranja is a true gem of the Indian Ocean. Also known as “Turtle Island,” it is an important nesting site for sea turtles, which lay their eggs along its shores.

Begin your adventure with a scenic boat ride offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Once on the island, discover the famous sandbank that connects the two islets at low tide—a spectacular natural phenomenon unique to Nosy Iranja.

Enjoy swimming in the clear, warm waters, snorkel among vibrant marine life, and take a walk through the local village for an authentic Malagasy cultural experience. You can also take a short walk up to the lighthouse of Nosy Iranja for a beautiful panoramic viewpoint.

Lunch is served close to the beach and features a delicious Malagasy buffet with fresh fish and seafood skewers. ( In case you have an allergie or something you don`t like to eat please let us know in advance.)

For a special treat, we can also serve 1-2 kg of fresh lobster for an additional fee upon request.

On the way back we can stop in Antsoha Island to visit the lemurs (on extra charge 25`000 ary per Person).
