Almaty: Huns Ethno Village & Ak-Bulak Resort Cultural Tour｜Kazakhstan

Leave the city behind and discover both cultural heritage and mountain landscapes on a full-day excursion from Almaty. Begin your journey with a visit to the traditional Kazakh aul at Huns Ethno Village, where you’ll step into the world of nomadic life.

Explore authentic yurts, learn about centuries-old customs, and watch demonstrations of traditional crafts and national games. Depending on the program, you may enjoy folklore performances, music, or a tasting of local dishes that reflect the hospitality of the Great Steppe.

After the cultural immersion, continue into the scenic mountains to Ak-Bulak Resort, a peaceful alpine destination surrounded by the Trans-Ili Alatau range. Take in panoramic views, enjoy fresh mountain air, and relax with free time to walk, take photos, or ride the cable car (optional).

This well-balanced day trip combines authentic cultural experiences with beautiful nature, making it ideal for travelers who want to see both the traditions and landscapes that define southeastern Kazakhstan.
