If your package requires a pickup address, the supplier will reconfirm the address you provided. If the address cannot be accepted, we will contact you to confirm an alternative pickup location.
Know Before You Go: Note: Classes are scheduled based on availability and your needs, usually starting at 2:00pm. We do the classes based on reservations. If you're visiting Roatan on a cruise, we have to make sure that we can schedule the class and bring you back to the ship on time. For cruisers, we’ll try to arrive at the factory as early as possible. Therefore, we ask for you to disembark as soon as your ship arrives. If we can’t host it in the am, we can also pick you up before class start time and go sightseeing and/or do another activity or tour! Just let us know if you’re interested in doing this and we can set it up
Know Before You Go: If for any reason we can’t host the class at the booked time and you don’t have flexibility with other schedules, we can offer you a refund
