Guided by award-winning chef Stefano Marvello, guests learn to make fresh pasta from scratch and craft sauces shaped by season, simplicity and the best ingredients mother nature provides.

Hands press, dough rests, sauces simmer. Stefano shares time-honoured techniques, instinctive cues and quiet details that turn good pasta into something memorable — the kind of cooking knowledge you carry home and use again and again.
