・This tour is accompanied by an English-speaking driver (guide not included).
・Depending on weather conditions (such as high humidity, heavy rain, fog), Mt. Fuji may not be visible.
・Please note that no refunds will be given for weather-related complaints or changes to the tour schedule made by the tour guide or any of our staff.
・Please note that schedules and meals are subject to change due to traffic conditions and facility availability.
・Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to participate, as holding a baby while riding violates the Road Traffic Act (mandatory use of child seats) for children under 6 years of age.

・Please note that whisky may not be available for purchase depending on the date and time of your visit and the course of your visit, as whisky stocks are fluid. Please understand this in advance.
・Even if you are able to purchase whisky, you must be 20 years of age or older to purchase one bottle per person per day.
・When purchasing, you may be asked to show identification to verify your age and identity.
・Please note that if your identity cannot be confirmed, you may be asked to present a photo ID.
If you do not follow the above rules, we may refuse to sell you whisky.
・At Hakushu Distillery you can enter by stating your name at reception. (The receptionist speaks simple English.)
・At Saiko Iyashi no Sato, you are responsible for paying the entrance fee. (The receptionist speaks simple English.)
・Lunch is not included in the tour, so please have lunch on your own. There are restaurants at both Saiko Iyashi no Sato and Hakushu Distillery.
