Main dish:
- Gourmet: heart sweetbreads, prawns, arugula and golden rain of pay potatoes with Malbec reduction.
- Crepes stuffed with tomatoes, cheese and thin slices of basil in a variety of sauces.
- Spider crab with lime cream, mix of green leaves and candied tomatoes.
- Mediterranean: Serrano ham, green bouquet and cheese slices.
- Golden prawns with sautéed peppers and endives.
Second dish:
- Loin medallion with mushroom duxelle, rustic potatoes, sautéed mushrooms with fine herbs.
- Great grilled chorizo steak with glazed vegetables and rustic potatoes.
- Grilled Patagonian trout accompanied by cous cous and glazed vegetables.
- Patagonian trout in cous cous saffron sauce and sautéed mushrooms.
- Grilled poultry white with wild rice, chives and mushrooms.
- Spaghetti in squid ink with basil, fresh tomatoes and cream sauce with prawns.
- Lime risotto.
- Arugula and prawn risotto.
Desserts:
- Apple pie with vanilla ice cream.
- Passion fruit mousse and seasonal fruits.
- Our classic lime pie with lemon ice cream.
- Chocolate delight with red fruit ice cream.

TANGO & FOLKLORE SHOW
Our spectacular show begins at 10pm, with 9 couples onstage dancing traditional tango. With a live orchestra and Fernando Soler (accredited tango singer) to accompany them, the dancers will show you what true, passionate tango looks like.
The space holds up to 1500 people, giving our tour a vibrant atmosphere in which to enjoy the passionate history of the tango. The rotating circular stage ensures you won’t miss a thing. With more than 40 artists onstage, you’ll see the evolution of the tango, from its traditional roots to the fresh, contemporary styles we see nowadays.
