Sicilian wine and food tasting｜Italy

At the Winehouse, in the Port of Trapani, right in front of the hydrofoil boarding area, you can enjoy a sensory experience by tasting Sicilian wines paired with typical local products. We will begin with dry Zibibbo with hints of mint and rosemary, paired with local cheeses (fresh and semi-mature). This will be followed by Cataratto, a semi-aromatic wine that will be paired with tuna heart. The food tasting will end with Grillo, an ancient Sicilian grape variety that we will pair with tuna bresaola or Trapani pesto.
