Itinerary
1. Il Prato della Corte – Walk along the Sangro River among springs, streams, and wooden bridges. Discover the Park's biodiversity and, with a little luck, spot the gray heron.
2. Officina Sipari – Enter the oldest hydroelectric power station in the area, designed in 1908 by Erminio Sipari. A journey through ingenuity and progress to discover the "luc da mal temp" (light in bad weather).
3. San Rocco Mill – Visit an authentic water mill with original millstones, a symbol of the ancient art of milling and the bond between man and the land.
4. Historic Old Town of Pescasseroli – Lose yourself in stone alleys, enchanting views, and historic palaces. You will learn about the origins of the village, the local traditions, and the role of Pescasseroli in the creation of the Park.
