Set in the rolling hills of Alcamo overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, this unique experience is the perfect way to discover authentic Sicilian traditions. Guests will learn how to make traditional Sicilian fresh pasta with our very own Alessandro Chiarelli, before enjoying a delicious lunch or dinner featuring the pasta they created. The meal will be perfectly paired with three organic wines: Catarratto, Grillo, and Nero d’Avola. The experience takes place at Feudo Manostalla, approximately 1km from the winery nearby.
