Start your evening at Studio32 Berlin with a champagne reception and a greeting from the kitchen. In a relaxed atmosphere, you will then immediately immerse yourself in the world of vegan cuisine. Together with experienced professional chefs, you will prepare a creative 3-course menu step by step and learn how to take plant-based ingredients to a new level in terms of taste and craftsmanship.

You will work with seasonal, high-quality ingredients and discover how versatile vegetables can be. You will learn different cooking techniques, get a feel for textures, and learn how to build complex flavors in a targeted manner. From starter to dessert, you will be guided through all the steps and receive valuable tips for preparation and plating.
